KONTIKI SERENGETI CAMP is located in Central Serengeti, 30 min drive from Seronera airstrip in the middle of the wilderness. The camp is situated near Orangi river which brings wildlife walking through our camp frequently.
There are 2 ways to get to Serengeti and also to Kon Tiki Serengeti camp.
It is possible to fly from Arusha, Dar Es Salaam, and Zanzibar to Serengeti Seronera.
Start your safari in Arusha and drive through picturesque Ngorongoro to Serengeti; the drive is approximately 6-7 hours.
In Kon Tiki Serengeti camp we have 10 accommodation tents of which 2 of them are family tents. Inside the tents, you will find either a king-size bed or 2 single beds, a comfortable sitting area, hot and cold running water 24 hours, and an en-suite with a flush toilet, sink, and shower. We offer bottled water in the rooms and daily housekeeping service. Nature is the most important part of everyone’s journey to Serengeti. In order for our guests to observe it fully, we provide each tent with a pair of binoculars for use during their stay in our camp.
To charge your phones and cameras all tents have 24 hours charging stations. In order to be connected with your loved ones – we provide high-speed wifi in the entire camp area, including all accommodation tents. In our kitchen, we have experienced chefs, who are doing wonders in the bush kitchen offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner praised by many guests. The camp has a fully stocked bar with soft drinks and alcoholic beverages for extra charges. We accept card payments.
